✅Stringing Errors – If there is an issue with the tension, mis-weaving, or improper installation, we will fix it at no cost.

✅String Replacement – If your racket qualifies for a restring under our warranty, we will also cover the cost of the strings.

✅Pickup & Delivery Protection – If your racket is lost or damaged due to a mishap during our pickup or delivery service, we will cover the cost of restringing and/or replace the racket if necessary.
